At Afnan Perfumes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the perfume remains in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and secure it safely in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
